A leading international organization has announced a major Vacancy Announcement 2026 for the position of Provincial Program Manager, Sindh – TIFA. The post is based in Hyderabad, Sindh, under the US Department of State (US DoS) funded health project 2026, offering a prestigious opportunity for senior public health experts.
This recruitment is part of the Tuberculosis Implementation Framework Agreement (TIFA) 2026, a core component of the USG Global Accelerator to End TB 2026, implemented by JSI. The TIFA program contributes directly to national and global TB elimination targets 2026 through TB Commitment Grants (TCGs).
The Provincial Program Manager – Sindh 2026 will serve as the strategic liaison between:
- TIFA Headquarters
- Provincial TB Control Program (CDC/PTP)
- USG State Department Pakistan
- Provincial DOH Sindh
- Other national and international stakeholders
The selected individual will oversee the coordination, implementation, monitoring, documentation, and reporting of TCGs across Sindh during 2026.
Required Qualifications & Professional Experience 2026
Educational Requirements 2026
- MD or MBBS, with a Master’s Degree in Public Health 2026, Social Sciences, or a relevant discipline.
Professional Experience 2026
- Minimum 10 years of senior management experience 2026 in the planning and implementation of public health programs.
- Proven experience working with international health organizations 2026.
- Strong background in coordinating with governmental institutions 2026, including MoNHSR&C, Provincial DOH Sindh, and TB Programs.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills in 2026.
- Relevant and documented experience working in Sindh health programs 2026 is highly preferred.
- Strong computer literacy, including MS Office and health-related software 2026.
- Demonstrated expertise in report writing 2026, presentation skills, and communicating with diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel frequently across project districts in 2026 and participate in meetings, reviews, and field activities as needed.
