Applications are invited from female candidates only for a 24-month basic training course for Population Department Family Welfare Workers (FWWs). Candidates must have a domicile of Sindh to be eligible to apply. The training will be held at various Regional Training Institutes (RTIs) across Sindh, and the districts tagged with respective RTIs are listed below.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education:
Matric with 45% marks (with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as compulsory subjects).
F.Sc. Pre-medical with 45% marks (with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as compulsory subjects).
Marital Status:
Married women who are expecting or breastfeeding are not eligible.
Registration: Selected candidates must register with the Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC).
Application Limit: Candidates can apply to only one Regional Training Institute.
Required Documents:
Attested photocopies of Matric (Science) and F.Sc. (Pre-medical) certificates.
Mark sheets.
Domicile.
CNIC/Form-B.
Permanent Residence Certificate.
Application Submission:
Submit the required documents attached to the application to the respective Principal of the Regional Training Institute.
Training Details:
FWWs will be eligible for posting upon completion of two years of basic training.
Trainees will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 5000/-.
Trainees are required to stay in the hostel of the Regional Training Institute for the entire training period.
Admission will be decided by a Selection Committee after a written test and interview.
