Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or Master’s in Finance/Accounting.
At least 15 years of relevant experience with a minimum of 5 years in a senior financial leadership role.
Experience in financial governance, treasury, taxation, budgeting, and reporting.
2. Dy. General Manager (Accounts & Finance) – 01 Post – Max Age 40
Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or Master’s in Finance/Accounting.
At least 12 years of relevant experience, with 5 years in finance/accounts leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of internal controls, compliance, and corporate finance.
3. Manager (Accounts & Finance) – 02 Posts – Max Age 35
CA, ACCA, CPA, CFA, CMA, or Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting.
Minimum 08 years’ experience in finance/treasury roles.
Must have handled statutory compliance, corporate reporting, and internal controls.
4. Assistant Manager (Accounts & Finance) – 02 Posts – Max Age 30
CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, or Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting.
Minimum 03 years’ experience in finance/accounts functions.
Strong accounting and reporting skills required.
5. Dy. General Manager (Real Estate / Property Management) – 01 Post – Max Age 50
Master’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
Minimum 12 years of experience in property management, including leasing, regulatory compliance, and auctions.

6. Manager (Real Estate / Property Management) – 01 Post – Max Age 45
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Engineering.
Minimum 08 years of property management experience.

LLM / LLB from HEC recognized institution.
At least 12 years’ experience in corporate law, governance, and compliance.
