Available Positions and Eligibility Criteria

1. Sub Engineer Signal (BS-11)

• Vacancies: 12
• Eligibility:
  • Retired officials from the post of Sub Engineer Signal (BS-11) or Signal Inspector (BS-10) in Pakistan Railways.
  • Age Limit: Not more than 62 years.
  • Qualification: Matric or DAE in Electrical/Electronics Telecom (Board of Technical Education).
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in Railways Signaling Projects.

2. Foreman Mechanical/Electrical (BS-14)

• Vacancies: 01
• Eligibility:
  • Diploma in Mechanical with 10 years of relevant experience.

3. Assistant Foreman Mechanical/Electrical (BS-12)

• Vacancies: 07
• Eligibility: Relevant experience in the field.

4. Sub Engineer Mechanical/Electrical (BS-11)

• Vacancies: 03
• Eligibility: Relevant experience in the field.

5. Fitter Mechanical/Electrical (BS-09)

  • Matric with 10 years of relevant experience.

General Terms and Conditions

1. Age Limit: Maximum 62 years.
2. Salary: Selected candidates will receive their last drawn salary along with usual allowances. However, they will not be entitled to gratuity or pension.
3. Contract Duration: One year, extendable for another year if required by Pakistan Railways.
4. Medical Fitness: Candidates must pass a medical fitness examination from Pakistan Railways Hospital.
5. Posting: Selected candidates may be posted anywhere in the entire Railway System.
6. Ineligibility: Candidates who retired compulsorily, were removed, dismissed, or retired on medical grounds are not eligible.

1. Matriculation certificates.
2. Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
3. Railway Retired Identity Card or Experience Certificate.
4. Photocopy of PPO (Pension Payment Order).
5. Photocopy of LPC (Last Pay Certificate).
6. Service Certificate.
7. Three (03) postal envelopes with complete address and cell number written on them.
8. Experience Certificate from a renowned organization (for Sub Engineer Signal/BS-11).
