1. Manager Reservoir Modelling

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in petroleum engineering.
  • At least 14 years of experience in the upstream E&P industry, particularly within subsurface teams conducting reservoir simulation studies.

Job Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Head of Development.
  • Managing in-house reservoir simulation studies.
  • Quality control of third-party subsurface integrated studies.
  • Supporting field appraisal and development activities across PPL assets.
  • Recommending the drilling of development wells, production capacity enhancement, and optimal field development planning to maximize hydrocarbon production and recoveries.

2. Senior Business Analyst (Finance)

Qualification & Experience

  • Qualified ACCA/ACMA/CFAP/MBA with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
  • BBA/BS in economics, finance, or accounting with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Preferably experienced in budgeting and planning within the oil and gas industry.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conducting financial analysis and providing performance insights.
  • Preparing financial forecasts and monitoring.
  • Developing, analyzing, and reviewing valuation models and economic analyses.
  • Assisting in preparing dashboards on company and industry data.

3. Senior Business Excellence Officer

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, engineering, environmental sciences, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in business process improvement or sustainability, with 3 years in a team lead role.
  • Preferably experienced in the oil and gas industry.

Job Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing a Business Excellence Framework.
  • Leading cross-functional teams using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
  • Ensuring integration of environmental and governance standards.
  • Analyzing business processes and overseeing improvement initiatives.
  • Managing training programs to foster a culture of excellence.

4. Business Excellence Officer

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, environmental sciences, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in lean management within a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on sustainability and social responsibility aspects.

Job Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing lean management strategies for environmental sustainability and operational excellence.
  • Leading lean projects and collaborating with teams to identify improvement areas.
  • Measuring impact, conducting training, and demonstrating strong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

5. Business Development/Senior Business Development Officer

Qualification & Experience

  • 4-year bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or accounting.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the energy sector.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conducting market research to identify trends in the energy sector.
  • Identifying emerging market segments and potential areas for expansion or diversification.
  • Assessing competitive positioning and internal capabilities to formulate actionable strategies.

6. Senior Engineer (Corrosion)

Qualification & Experience

  • 4-year bachelor’s degree in metallurgy, mechanical, or chemical engineering.
  • Minimum of 10 years of working experience, with a preference for international exposure.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handling technical matters related to corrosion engineering.
  • Supporting design, projects, commissioning, operations, maintenance, and inspection teams.
  • Making site visits and contributing to services in both sweet and sour environments, including wellhead casing, pipelines, and storage facilities.

7. Engineer/Senior Engineer (Well Integrity)

Qualification & Experience

  • 4-year bachelor’s degree in petroleum or mechanical engineering.
  • 6-8 years of working experience, with a preference for international exposure.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handling technical matters related to well integrity.
  • Supporting drilling, well design, production, projects, and inspection teams.
  • Making site visits.

8. Technician (Rotary)

Qualification & Experience

  • Diploma of Associate Engineering in mechanical technology.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the oil and gas sector or fertilizer industry.
  • Experience with major overhauls of high-speed turbomachinery preferred.

Job Responsibilities

  • Performing major overhaul jobs, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance.
  • Maintaining gas turbines, centrifugal compressors, high-speed gearboxes, pumps, auxiliary equipment, including induced draft fans and reciprocating compressors.

9. Medical Officer/Senior Medical Officer

Qualification & Experience

  • FCPS (internal medicine), FCPS (family medicine), MRCP (UK/IRE), DABIM, DABFM, or 4-year residency in internal/family medicine.
  • 1 year of post-fellowship/post-residency experience, preferably in the corporate sector.
  • Registration with PMDC is mandatory.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handling clinical and administrative roles.
  • Running clinics at various PPL sites.
  • Visiting hospitals for in-patient staff care.
  • Conducting health awareness sessions and preventive medicine activities.

10. Staff Nurse (Women only) Sui Field Hospital

Qualification & Experience

  • BSc (nursing) or diploma in general nursing with midwifery.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in OT & pediatrics preferred.

Job Responsibilities

  • Delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Working collaboratively with company doctors.
  • Assessing patient needs, administering medications, and monitoring patient progress.
  • Maintaining accurate records.
