PPL On-Job Training Programme: Empowering Youth for Excellence
Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL), a stalwart in the hydrocarbon sector for over six decades, is extending a unique opportunity for young professionals through its On-Job Training Programme. This 2-year contract-based training is designed to cultivate talent and contribute to the growth of the industry. Standard Eligibility Criteria:
- Pakistani nationals, locally or foreign-qualified, with a bachelor’s or master’s degree (minimum 16 years of education) from a recognized institution.
- Maximum age: 28 years on the date of advertisement.
- Academic excellence: Obtained throughout first division (60% and above) from matriculation (or equivalent) onwards.
- Graduates after July 1, 2022, with or without post-qualification experience are eligible.
- Candidates awaiting results or appearing in final exams by May 2024 can apply provisionally.

How to Apply:
- Register with NTS by paying a non-refundable fee (50% borne by PPL) by March 18, 2024, at www.nts.org.pk.
- Applications sent directly to PPL outside the prescribed procedure will not be entertained.
