1. General Manager Production/Asset Operations
Qualifications & Experience:
The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical, or a related engineering discipline. They should have at least 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a minimum of 15 years in production and engineering roles, including at least 8 years in management positions.
Job Responsibilities:
The General Manager will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and will be accountable for overseeing both operated and partner-operated assets. Key responsibilities include ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and mission, developing and implementing strategies for effective, efficient, and safe operations, optimizing production, managing risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role also involves overseeing annual business planning, budgeting, and formulating robust functional strategies.
2. Manager/Senior Manager Drilling & Completions Engineering
Qualifications & Experience:
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering, with at least 18 years of experience in drilling and interventions operations. A minimum of 5 years in a managerial role leading drilling and completions engineering teams is required. Candidates with exposure to organizational leadership in a reputable Exploration & Production (E&P) or service company will be preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of Development, this role requires close coordination with the Exploration and other departments. The Manager/Senior Manager will be responsible for planning and executing drilling operations, workover activities, managing well completions, testing, intervention, stimulation, and designing wellhead surface facilities for all PPL discoveries.
