1. Master Mariner (Tanker Operations Specialist)
Experience:
Minimum 2–9 years as Master Mariner on tankers (oil/chemical/gas).
10+ years in commercial roles with reputable tanker operating/trading companies.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree (HEC-recognized) in Maritime Studies/Shipping Management.
Mandatory Certifications: STCW, Tanker Endorsements (e.g., Advanced Oil/Chemical/Gas Operations).
Skills:
Expertise in tanker freight/fixture negotiations, voyage planning, and charter party management.
Familiarity with voyage software and market analytics (e.g., Platts).
Age Limit: 50 years.
2. Civil Engineer (Construction Projects)
Experience:
10+ years in executing/supervising large-scale civil works (5 years in managerial role).
Proven track record in commercial building projects (design, contracts, rehabilitation).
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (PEC-registered).
Master’s degree (HEC-recognized) preferred.
Skills:
Contract negotiation, BOQ processing, and regulatory compliance (PPRA/PEC rules).
Experience in public-sector projects is advantageous.
Age Limit: 50 years.
