Pakistan National Shipping Corporation Announces Internship/Management Trainee Program
The Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC), the country’s national flag carrier and only ship-owning company listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange, has launched an Internship/Management Trainee Program. In line with its corporate strategy, PNSC is seeking high-caliber, result-oriented individuals for placement in various divisions.

Eligibility and Qualifications
To be considered for the program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Required Qualifications
Applicants should hold one of the following qualifications from an HEC-recognized institution:
BBA / MBA
B.E in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Computer, Software, Mechatronics, or Naval Architecture
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mass Communication / Media Sciences
BSc / MSc
LLB
Certification in Corporate / Chartered Secretaries
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Supply Chain Management / Procurement
CA (CAF Passed), ACMA (Qualified / Finalist), ACCA (Qualified / Finalist)
Bachelor’s in Insurance or Risk Management or Actuarial Sciences or Accounting & Finance
General Criteria
All degrees must be from HEC-recognized institutions.
Candidates must have at least 60% marks or a 2.5/4.0 CGPA.
The maximum age for applicants is 25 years.
Selection and Career Progression
Initially, selected candidates will serve as internees for a period of one year. Those who demonstrate high performance during their internship will be offered a Management Trainee position for the subsequent year, paving the way for long-term career growth within the corporation.
