ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Qualified Pakistani nationals, whether locally or foreign-educated, are invited to apply for the Management Trainee program. The eligibility criteria include:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a minimum of 16 years of education from a reputable institution recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.
Maximum age limit of 28 years at the time of advertisement.
Minimum 3.0 CGPA.
Graduates from the year 2023, with or without post-qualification experience, are eligible to apply.

SELECTION PROCESS

The selection process involves:

Written test and interview.

Selected candidates will receive a lump sum monthly stipend of PKR 80,000/-
