Detailed Eligibility and Qualification Criteria

1. Project Director (PPS-12)
Education: Master’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management AND a Master’s in Project Management. Must have PEC registration.
Experience: Minimum 20 years of experience in high-rise building infrastructure. Must have managed mega projects worth over Rs. 2 billion.

2. Resident Engineers (PPS-9)
Education: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (Master’s in Structural Engineering preferred). Valid PEC registration.
Experience: Minimum 10 years in design, cost estimation, and BOQ preparation for building projects.

3. Quantity Surveyors (PPS-8)
Education: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university. Valid PEC registration.
Experience: Minimum 05 years in cost estimation, verification of BOQs, and payment certification for infrastructure projects.

4. Procurement Officer (PPS-7)
Education: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Masters in any discipline.
