Available Positions

1. Flight Inspector Pilot (EG-08)
   • Number of Positions: 07
   • Qualification & Experience:
     • Hold or have held an ATPL with a type rating on a commercial transport aircraft with a MGTOW of 40,000 kg or more.
     • Not less than 5,000 hours as Pilot in-Command of commercial air transport aircraft with a MGTOW of 40,000 kg or more.
     • Must have a Synthetic Flight Examiner (SFE) or Type Rating Examiner (TRE)endorsement on an ATPL for commercial aircraft.
     • 10 years or more experience in commercial air transport as a pilot.
     • Experience in operational management, airline operations, safety management, or regulatory oversight is preferred.
   • Age Limit: Maximum 66 years (including all age relaxations).
   • Pay Scale: Rs. 1,373,230/- per month with 5% annual increment.
   • Contract: 3 years (extendable).
2. Additional Director Finance (EG-07)
   • Number of Positions: 01
   • Qualification & Experience:
     • Qualified Cost & Management Accountant (CMA/FCMA), Chartered Accountant (CA/FCA), Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA/FCCA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), or MBA (Finance) from an HEC-recognized university.
     • Minimum 12 years of experience in finance in a reputable organization.
     • At least 5 years in a senior management position related to finance.
     • Candidates with articles completed from a Big 4 firm will be preferred.
     • Experience in the aviation industry is preferred.
   • Age Limit: Maximum 57 years (including all age relaxations).
   • Pay Scale: Rs. 656,520/- per month with 5% annual increment.
   • Contract: 3 years (extendable).
3. Secretary CAA Board (EG-07)
   • Number of Positions: 01
   • Qualification & Experience:
     • 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university/institute.
     • Preference will be given to members of a recognized body of Corporate or Chartered Secretaries or a recognized body of professional accountants.
     • Minimum 12 years of experience, with 2 years as a Company Secretary or Secretary to the Board.
   • Age Limit: Maximum 57 years (including all age relaxations).
   • Pay Scale: Rs. 479,370/- per month (negotiable) with 5% annual increment.
   • Contract: 3 years (extendable).

4. Joint Director AAR (ANS Inspector) (EG-05)

   • Number of Positions: 04
   • Qualification & Experience:
     • 14 years of education from an HEC-recognized university/institute.
     • Minimum 15 years of ATC operational experience in civil aviation.
     • Must have or have held an Air Traffic Controller License (ATCL) with at least 2 ATS units rating (1 rating as Area or Approach Surveillance Controller).
     • Working experience in CAA regulatory framework as an ANS Inspector is preferred.
   • Age Limit: Maximum 63 years (including all age relaxations).
   • Pay Scale: Rs. 484,057/- per month with 5% annual increment.
   • Contract: 3 years (extendable).
5. Joint Director AT & ER (EG-05)
   • Number of Positions: 04
   • Qualification & Experience:
     • 16 years of education in Business Administration, Legal, International Relations, or Economics from a recognized university/institute.
     • At least 5 years of experience in aviation.
   • Age Limit: Maximum 45 years (including all age relaxations).
   • Pay Scale: Rs. 345,457/- per month (negotiable) with 5% annual increment.
   • Contract: 3 years (extendable).

6. Deputy Director CAA Board Secretariat (EG-03)

   • Number of Positions: 01
   • Qualification & Experience:
     • 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university/institute.
     • Minimum 6 years of experience in a well-reputed government or private organization, preferably in HR, Company Secretariat, or Board Secretariat.
   • Age Limit: Maximum 40 years (including all age relaxations).
   • Pay Scale: Rs. 249,375/- per month (negotiable) with 5% annual increment.
   • Contract: 3 years (extendable).
7. Assistant Director PEL (Examination) (EG-01)
   • Number of Positions: 02
   • Qualification & Experience:
     • Bachelors/Masters (16 years of education) in Aviation Management, Computer Sciences, or Computer Engineering with at least Second Division from an HEC-recognized institute.
     • Any ICAO License will be preferred.
     • 2 years of experience in handling examination matters in a well-reputed organization is preferred.
   • Age Limit: Maximum 28 years (age relaxation as per applicable rules).
   • Pay Scale: Rs. 56,280-5630-168,880.
   • Contract: 3 years (extendable).

3. Important Notes:
