Prescribed Qualification & Experience
Candidates must meet one of the following two qualification and experience criteria:
MBA Finance / M.Com: With ten (10) years of post-qualification experience in a reputable firm or organization.
ORACCA, ICMAP, or CA (Inter): With seven (07) years of post-qualification experience in a reputable firm or organization.
Required Skills and Competencies
The ideal candidate must possess a comprehensive and excellent knowledge of a wide range of financial and regulatory frameworks. Key required skills include:
Financial Expertise: In-depth knowledge of IFRS, Company Law, Internal Financial Controls, Code of Corporate Governance, and risk management practices.
Regulatory Knowledge: Proficiency in PPRA rules and the handling of tax matters, including the filing of returns, managing tax litigation, and reconciling sales and income tax ledgers.
ERP Systems: Preference will be given to candidates who are well-versed with common ERP solutions such as Oracle or SAP, particularly with exposure to accounts preparation in a large-scale commercial or public sector entity.
Soft Skills: Excellent presentation, problem-solving, leadership, decision-making, and analytical skills are essential. Exceptional attention to detail is also a requirement for this post.
Pay and Benefits
The selected candidates will be offered an attractive, negotiable remuneration package:
Lump Sum Pay Package: Rs. 373,464/- per month, with a 05% annual increment. The package is negotiable as per PAA policy.
