- Proven track record in designing, implementing, and reviewing academic programs, curriculum quality, assessments, and accreditation.
- Expertise in developing innovation, entrepreneurship, and professional training programs.
- Skilled in drafting formal agreements (MOUs, EQIs) and fostering industry partnerships.
- Ability to coordinate with industry stakeholders and academic institutions.
- Pay Scale: Lump sum pay package of Rs. 345,732 per month with a 5% annual increment (negotiable as per policy).
- Age Limit: Maximum 45 years (including all age relaxations).
- Deputy Director ORIC (Office of Research, Innovation, and Communications) (EG-03)
- Number of Positions: 01
- Qualification & Experience:
- Graduation/Master’s or equivalent (18 years of education) in Business Education or Management Science from an HEC-recognized university/institution.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing research, innovation, and entrepreneurship programs.
- Ability to integrate research into curricula and foster strategic partnerships.
- Pay Scale: Lump sum pay package of Rs. 243,588 per month with a 5% annual increment (negotiable as per policy).
- Age Limit: Maximum 40 years (including all age relaxations).
- Deputy Director Academics (EG-03)
- Number of Positions: 02
- Qualification & Experience:
- Graduation/Master’s or equivalent (16 years of education) in Business Education or Management Science from an HEC-recognized university/institution.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in a public/private sector organization of good repute.
- Expertise in integrating IT systems into academic processes.
- Strong drafting skills, fast typing, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Pay Scale: Lump sum pay package of Rs. 249,588 per month with a 5% annual increment (negotiable as per policy).
- Age Limit: Maximum 40 years (including all age relaxations).
