The Pakistan Air Force (PAF) has announced an exciting recruitment drive for qualified individuals to join as Education Instructors and Religious Teachers. Online registration is open from May 15 to May 21, 2025.

1. Education Instructors
Specializations:
Physics Instructors
Mathematics Instructors
English Instructors
Requirements:
Nationality: Pakistani male (married or unmarried)
Age Limit: 22-29 years (as of October 13, 2025)
Height: 163-188 cm
Education:
MSc (16 years) / BS (4 years) in relevant subject
Minimum CGPA 2.7/4.0 or First Division
Initial Rank: Chief Technician (promoted to Assistant Warrant Officer after 1 year)
2. Religious Teachers (Pledgees Teachers)
Requirements:
Nationality: Pakistani male (married or unmarried)
Age Limit: 25-29 years (as of October 13, 2025)
Height: 163-188 cm
Education:
Intermediate pass + Sanad from a recognized Darul Uloom
Huffaz and Qaris will be given preference
Initial Rank: Chief Technician (promoted to Assistant Warrant Officer after training)
Selection Process
The recruitment follows a multi-stage selection procedure:
Basic computer knowledge required (test is computerized)
Computerized Tests
For Education Instructors: Intelligence, subject-based (Physics/Math/English), personality test
For Religious Teachers: Intelligence and personality test
Initial Medical Exam & Interview at PAF Selection Centers
Physical Fitness Test (Passing Standards):
1.6 km Run – 9 minutes
Push-ups – 15 in 2 minutes
Sit-ups – 20 in 2 minutes
Chin-ups – 03 in 2 minutes
Psychological Test
Final Interview by PAF Selection Board
Training at College of Education, PAF Peshawar
Includes medical re-examination (Hepatitis B, Blood CP tests)
