Eligibility Criteria
Academic Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in the respective field of specialization (Crop Sciences, Natural Resources, Animal Sciences, or Social Sciences) from a recognized university of international repute.
Experience:
- A minimum of 22 years of R&D experience in recognized research organizations or institutions of higher learning.
- Proven leadership in managing multi-disciplinary research programs and fostering collaboration.
- At least 15 years of post-Ph.D. teaching or research experience in HEC-recognized institutions.
- Minimum 15 research publications in HEC-recognized journals or books.
Other Requirements:
- Strong skills in financial and human resource mobilization and utilization.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates must have a first division or CGPA 3.0 or above in their highest degree, with no more than one second division in their academic career.
Conditions of Appointment
- The appointments will be made on a tenure basis for three years, as per PARC Ordinance, 1981 & Rules, 1984.
- The age limit for the positions is 62 years as per the Management Position Scales Policy-2020.
- Civil servants or government employees must resign or seek early retirement before joining these roles.
