NICL Jobs 2025: National Insurance Company Seeks Chief Medical Officer in Lahore

Required Qualifications, Experience, and Age Limit
Candidates must meet the following criteria to be eligible for this position:
Qualification: An MBBS Degree from a recognized institution. An FCPS qualification will be preferred.
Experience: A minimum of five (05) years of experience, which includes a house job in general medicine. Three (03) years of experience in tertiary healthcare will be considered an advantage.
Age Limit: Between 35 and 45 years.
License: Applicants must possess a valid license issued from the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PMDC).
Key Duties and Responsibilities
The Chief Medical Officer will be responsible for a wide range of medical and administrative functions. Key duties include:
Attending the NICL Lahore office on all working days from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
Handling emergency medical cases as required.
Examining employees and referring them to specialists or hospitals when necessary.
Visiting hospitalized employees or their dependents to ensure proper treatment.
Scrutinizing and endorsing medical bills from hospitals, chemists, and laboratories.
Conducting medical examinations of newly recruited employees and examining cases of chronic diseases.
Administering medical facilities for employees and maintaining strict control over related expenses.
Providing recommendations to improve employee wellbeing and reduce medical expenses.
Being available online or by phone outside of office hours to deal with emergency situations.
