Available Positions in NBP Jobs 2025
1. Department Head – Quality Assurance (AVP)
Reporting to: Wing Head – Quality Assurance
Qualifications: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required. A Master’s degree or ACA, ACCA, or CIA.
Experience: Requires a minimum of 6 years of audit experience in a financial institution or an audit firm. Experience in handling quality assurance reviews is highly desirable.
2. IS – Team Member – Digital Banking Audits, Infrastructure & Applications Reviews (OG-I / AVP)
Reporting to: Divisional Head – Technology Audits
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree is the minimum requirement. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications like CISA or in Data Analytics will be preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in auditing Information Systems (IS) and/or Infrastructure Security and IT applications within the banking or consulting sectors.
Key Skills: Strong understanding of system architecture, intrusion testing, IT security, and network designs. Knowledge of hacking techniques and cybersecurity laws is essential.
Responsibilities: This position focuses on conducting technology infrastructure audits, reviewing systems and applications, identifying vulnerabilities, and providing assurance on the internal controls environment for the bank’s IT/IS assets.
3. Team Member – Information and Cyber Security Audits (OG-I / AVP)
Reporting to: Divisional Head – Technology Audit
Qualifications: Requires a Bachelor’s degree. A Master’s degree or certifications such as CEH, CISM, CISA, or CompTIA Security+ would be an advantage.
Experience: A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Information Systems Security and/or Information Technology Audits in banking or financial institutions. Experience in Application Security or Network Security is an added advantage.
4. Team Member – Credit Reviewer (OG-I)
Reporting to: Departmental Head – Credit Review
Qualifications: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required. Candidates with a Master’s degree or professional qualifications like ACA, ACCA, CFA, or CIA will be preferred.
Experience: Requires at least 3 years of banking experience, with a minimum of 1 year as an Auditor or Credit Reviewer for Corporate, SME, or Commercial credits.
5. Internal Auditor – Team Member (OG-II / OG-I)
Reporting to: Regional Audit Head (South)
Qualifications: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree. A Master’s degree or professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIA is preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of banking experience, with at least 1 year in Internal Audit, Compliance, Operations, Risk, or Finance.
