Eligibility and Technical Requirements

NTC is looking for highly specialized technical expertise, particularly in optical transmission networks.

1. Project Manager & Project Engineers (Engineering Roles)

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Telecom).

  • Mandatory Requirement: Active PEC registration is compulsory for all engineering posts.

  • Technical Expertise: Candidates must have significant experience in optical transmission networks (DWDM/SDH/OTN).

  • Experience: 10 years for Project Manager; 05 years for Project Engineer.

2. Project Controller & Accountant (Finance/Admin Roles)

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting.

  • Experience: Minimum 02 years of relevant experience in project controlling, reporting, or project accounting.

  • Skills: Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project is required for the Controller role.

3. Engineering Supervisor & Driver

  • Supervisor: DAE (Telecom) with 01 year of experience in DWDM/SDH/OTN and familiarity with Network Management Systems (NMS).

  • Driver: Valid LTV/HTV license with 05 years of driving experience in a reputable organization.

Maximum Age Limit & Relaxation

  • Project Manager: 35 + 5 = 40 Years

  • Project Engineer: 30 + 5 = 35 Years

  • Project Controller/Accountant: 28 + 5 = 33 Years

  • Supervisor/Driver: 25 + 5 = 30 Years
