National Rural Support Programme (NRSP) Announces Job Openings for Engineers in Sindh
The National Rural Support Programme (NRSP), one of Pakistan’s largest not-for-profit organizations, has invited applications from willing and enthusiastic candidates for engineering positions for its various projects. The organization is seeking to fill the roles of Field Engineer and Sub-Engineer.
This is an excellent opportunity for qualified civil engineering professionals to prove their potential and contribute to impactful rural development projects. The positions are based in several districts across Sindh. The deadline for submitting applications is October 19, 2025.
Open Positions and Eligibility Criteria
NRSP is looking to hire for the following two positions:
1. Field Engineer
Qualification:
Must have a BE/BSc in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
Must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
Experience:
A minimum of at least 6 months of related experience is required.
Skills:
Must possess good computer skills.
Location:
Badin, Sujawal, Tando Muhammad Khan, Tando Allahyar, Sanghar, Mirpurkhas, and Matiari.
2. Sub-Engineer
Qualification:
Must hold a Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute.
Experience:
A minimum of at least 6 months of related experience is required.
Skills:
Must possess good computer skills.
Location:
The positions are available in the same regions as the Field Engineer roles, including Badin, Sujawal, Tando Muhammad Khan, Tando Allahyar, Sanghar, Mirpurkhas, and Matiari.
