NRSP is currently hiring for the following positions:
- Project Coordinator
- Qualification: Master’s in Social Sciences, preferably B.Ed/M.Ed.
- Experience: 10 years total, with 5 years in education and 3 years in project management and coordination.
- M&E Officer
- Qualification: Master’s in Social Sciences, Rural Development, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in monitoring and evaluation in the development sector.
- Skills: Strong writing, analytical, and data management skills.
- Admin & Finance Officer
- Qualification: Master’s in Finance or Commerce.
- Experience: At least 3 years in a relevant role.
- Skills: Proficient computer skills for maintaining records and documentation.
- Senior Engineer – Civil
- Qualification: BE/BSc in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university, PEC registered.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in civil engineering, with proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Project Engineer (Solar)
- Qualification: BSc/BE in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- Experience: 3 years in solar system installation, PEC registration required.
- Skills: Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Logistic Officer/Coordinator
- Qualification: Master’s or BS (Hons) in Social Sciences or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in inventory management or storekeeping.
- Skills: Proficiency in computer skills.
- District Coordinator
- Qualification: Master’s in Social Sciences, preferably B.Ed/M.Ed.
- Experience: 5 years in education and 2 years in project management and stakeholder coordination.
Admin & Finance Assistant
- Qualification: Master’s in Finance or Commerce.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a relevant role.
- Skills: Strong computer skills for maintaining records and documentation.
- Education Campaigner
- Qualification: Master’s in Social Sciences, preferably B.Ed/M.Ed.
- Experience: 5 years in an education-related field.
- Skills: Fluency in local language for effective community engagement.
- Site Engineer
- Qualification: BE/BSc in Civil Engineering, PEC registered.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years, with AutoCAD proficiency.
- M&E Assistant/Monitoring and Reporting Officer
- Qualification: Master’s in Economics, Agri-Economics, Statistics, or Development Studies.
- Experience: At least 3 years in monitoring and reporting.
- Skills: Proficiency in computer and analytical skills.
- Solar Technician
- Qualification: Diploma or certification in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Renewable Energy.
- Experience: 2-5 years in solar installation.
- Skills: Technical skills for installation and maintenance, with the ability to work in remote areas.
- District Admin & Logistic Assistant
- Qualification: Master’s or BS (Hons) in Social Sciences or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in inventory management or storekeeping.
- Skills: Proficiency in computer skills.
- MIS Assistant
- Qualification: Graduate with computer proficiency.
- Experience: At least 2 years in data entry.
