About the Programme:
The National Poverty Graduation Programme (NPGP) is a collaborative initiative funded by the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) and the Government of Pakistan. Implemented through a Project Management Unit (PMU) under the Ministry of Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety, NPGP operates in 23 districts across four provinces.
Position Overview:
NPGP is seeking a dynamic and self-driven individual to join as Programme Director. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of the programme, ensuring its objectives are met, and driving impactful poverty alleviation initiatives across Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Programme Management Unit (PMU).
- Oversee the implementation of NPGP in collaboration with eight partner organizations.
- Ensure alignment with IFAD and Government of Pakistan guidelines.
- Monitor progress and ensure timely achievement of programme goals.
- Foster partnerships and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
