Eligibility and Requirements
Age Limit: Applicants should be between 28 to 52 years.
Experience: Candidates must possess a valid HTV license and have experience driving heavy transport vehicles.
Documents: Applicants need to provide their original CNIC, HTV driving license, employment history, and two recent passport-sized photographs.
Medical Fitness: A mandatory medical test will be conducted to ensure physical fitness.
Benefits and Compensation
Salary Packages:
Monthly Salary: Starting from PKR 40,000 to PKR 64,380, depending on the applicant’s qualifications and experience.
Daily Allowance: Drivers will receive a daily allowance for trips across different routes:
PKR 400 for internal routes.
PKR 600 for routes extending to KPK and Punjab.
PKR 1,000 for longer routes in remote areas like Azad Kashmir.
Other Benefits:
Annual bonuses, with salaries revised based on performance.
Insurance coverage of PKR 1,500,000.
Pension benefits, Gratuity, and Employee Old-Age Benefits (EOBI) after retirement.
Additional benefits include 10% of trips as profit-sharing and a 3% annual increase in base pay.
