Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Educational Qualification:
  • Master’s degree in Business or Healthcare Management.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 20 years of professional experience.
  • At least 10 years of post-qualification experience in managing hospitals or medical facilities.

Expertise and Skills Required:

• Budgeting:
  • Proficient in budgeting and financial management within healthcare settings.
• Governmental Bodies/Agencies:
  • Experienced in dealing with governmental bodies and agencies.
• Audits:
  • Skilled in conducting internal and external audits.
• Accreditation Standards:
  • Sound knowledge of Sindh Health Care Commission accreditation standards.
• HIMS & ERP Modules:
  • Expertise in monitoring and implementing Hospital Information Management Systems (HIMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) modules, particularly in hospital departments such as Store, Procurement, HR, Lab, etc.
• Policy Development:
  • Competent in developing and implementing uniform policies across the hospital and its network.
