Required Qualification and Experience

• Education:

  • Minimum 16 years of education in:

    • Geoinformatics

    • Computer Science

    • GIS Development and Programming

    • Related technical fields

• Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 6–8 years of professional experience with at least 2–3 years of relevant expertise.

  • Completion of at least 3 major national or international projects in similar domains.

  • Strong skills in WebGIS technologies such as Node, Leaflet, and Open Layers.

  • Expertise in JavaScript libraries (D3.js, Chart.js) for interactive data visualization.

  • Proficiency in mapping APIs (Google Maps API) and linking AI technologies.

  • Experience with frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js.

  • Familiarity with platforms like Google Earth Engine.

  • Ability to meet NATCAT requirements and manage dashboards with scalability, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Designing and implementing interactive dashboards for disaster risk data.

• Developing and maintaining GIS applications and mapping systems.

• Integrating AI-driven solutions for predictive disaster modeling.

• Coordinating with national and international stakeholders for risk management projects.
