The National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of Director (Public Engagement). This is an exceptional opportunity for professionals with a strong background in public relations, community engagement, and media management to join one of Pakistan’s key government organizations.
Position: Director (Public Engagement)
Age Limit: Maximum 55 years
Salary: PKR 450,000 (Minimum)
Location: Islamabad
Educational Qualifications:
Candidates must have a 16 years of education, which includes either a 4-year Bachelor’s degree or a 2-year Bachelor’s followed by a 2-year Master’s degree. The relevant fields of study include:
- Mass Communication
- Marketing
- Business Administration
- Public Administration
or equivalent qualifications from an HEC-recognized university.
Professional Experience & Competencies:
- Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in public relations, media planning, community engagement, and campaign management at a senior level.
- Strong track record in campaign management, stakeholder relations, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to strengthen NADRA’s relationship with the public, media, and other stakeholders.
Terms & Conditions:
- Initial contract period of 5 years, extendable if required.
- No false information should be provided, or the candidate will be disqualified.
- Medical fitness and character certificates must be provided by selected candidates.
- Employees of government or semi-government departments must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of application.
- Attested degrees from the Higher Education Commission (HEC) must be presented during the interview. Candidates with foreign degrees should also provide an equivalency certificate from HEC.
