1. Manager (Technical) – BPS-18/Equivalent

Qualifications:

PhD in Engineering: Specializations in Metallurgy, Electrical, Electronics, Computer, or IT.
PhD in Physics/Material Science.
PhD in Computer/IT.

2. Assistant Manager (Technical) – BPS-17/Equivalent

Qualifications:

BCS/BIT (4 years degree): First Division with 6 years of relevant experience.
BE/BSc Engineering (Computer/IT): First Division with 6 years of relevant experience.
MSc Engineering (Computer/IT): First Division with 4 years of relevant experience.

3. Assistant Manager (Technical) – BPS-17/Equivalent

Qualifications:

BE/BSc Engineering: Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical (First Division).
MS/MSc Engineering: Electrical, Electronics, Systems (First Division).
BS/MSc (16 years): Artificial Intelligence, Electronics (First Division).
MS/MPhil (18 years): Artificial Intelligence, Electronics (First Division).
BS/MSc: Physics, Chemistry (First Division).

4. Tech-1/Junior Chargeman/CO/CT – BPS-9/10/Equivalent

Qualifications:

BCS/BIT/BSE (4 years degree): Computer Science, Software Engineering (First Division).
BE/BSc Engineering: Computer, IT (First Division).
MCS: First Division after 4 years of BCS/MSc Engineering (18 years) in Computer/IT (First Division).
BS/MSc (16 years): Mathematics (First Division).

5. Tech-2 – BPS-7/8 Equivalent

Qualifications:

3 Years Diploma of Associate Engineer: Electronics, Information & Communication Technology, Electrical, Telecom, Computer, Instrumentation, Mechanical, HVAC, Auto & Diesel (First Division from recognized Polytechnic Institute).
Matric: Retired Hav/Equivalent (VM) from Pak Army/Navy/Air Force.

6. Tech-3 – BPS-5/6 Equivalent

Qualifications:

3 Years Diploma of Associate Engineer: Mechanical, Electrical (First Division from recognized Polytechnic Institute).
Matric with Science: First Division with a 2-year apprenticeship/certificate in Electrical/Mechanical and 2 years of experience as Electrical Technician/Fitter.

7. Lab Attendant/Tech-IV – BPS-1/4 Equivalent

Qualifications:

Matric with Science: Minimum 2nd Division with at least 50% marks and 6 years of experience as Plumber/HVAC technician.
Matric with Science: Minimum 2nd Division with at least 50% marks and a 1-year technical course in technical drafting and 5 years of experience as Plumber/HVAC technician.
Matric with Science: Minimum 2nd Division with at least 50% marks and aptitude test.

Important Instructions

Academic Requirements: No third division is acceptable in the entire academic career. Preferably first-class academic career, however, one second division (50% marks) is allowed except in the final degree where the first division (60% marks or CGPA 3.0/4.0) is a pre-requisite for a post.
Age Limit: Maximum age limit on the closing date of advertisement is 35 years. Age relaxation may be given as per rules.
Educational Degrees: Must be obtained from institutions/universities recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (for Engineering Degree), Board of Technical Education, or Government Recognized Institutes.
Experience: Post-qualification experience means the experience gained after attaining the required qualification till the closing date.
Employment Documentation: Candidates already employed in Govt./Semi-Govt. organizations must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employers at the time of the test/interview.

Required Documents: Candidates having done O/A Level should provide equivalent marks (given by IBCC) in the application.
Compliance: Meeting the advertised criteria does not guarantee shortlisting. If a large number of applicants meet the criteria, further shortlisting may be done based on higher grades in respective degrees, relevant experience, or any other criteria deemed appropriate by the organization.
Dual Nationality: Individuals with dual nationality or married to a foreign national are not eligible to apply.
