Eligibility Criteria
Age: Maximum 57 years on the last date of application submission.
Education:
Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution.
Candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Technology Engineering, or other relevant professional certifications will be preferred.
Experience:
A minimum of 10 years of working experience, with at least 05 years in Information Technology and/or Information Security.
Experience working in Information Security within the banking sector or a large-scale organization is preferred.
Experience at a senior level dealing with the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) and other regulatory authorities.
Required Skills:
Strong leadership, people management, communication, and networking skills.
A good understanding of Information Security functions, prevailing trends, and cybersecurity risks.
Command over the Banking Regulatory framework, including SBP prudential regulations.
Excellent critical thinking, decision-making, and troubleshooting skills.
Employment Details
Type: This is a senior management role offered on a three-year contract, which may be renewed.

2. Credit Officer (OG-II / OG-I)
This position is based in the Risk Management department in Larkana. The role is focused on credit analysis and managing lending portfolios, particularly in the SME and Commercial banking sectors.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution, preferably with an accounting or finance background.
Experience:
A minimum of 02 years of banking experience in Corporate and/or Commercial and/or SME lending, either on the business side or in risk management.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in credit analysis and financial statement analysis.
Sound knowledge of SME and Commercial financing products.
Understanding of different types of collaterals.
Awareness of SBP Prudential Regulations.
Good interpersonal skills and business acumen.
Proficiency in the use of MS Office.
Employment Details
Type: The employment will be on a three-year contract, which may be renewed at the discretion of the management.
Compensation: Selected candidates will be offered a compensation package and other benefits as per the Bank’s policy and rules.
