Eligibility Criteria For NBP Teller Jobs 2024

Education/Qualification:

Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a recognized local or international University/College/Institute with at least 60% marks or a CGPA of 2.5.

Age:

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

Manage cash received from Branch Operations Supervisor/Manager and perform cashier/sorting functions.
Provide account services to customers, handling deposits, withdrawals, remittance, utility bills collection, and government receipts/payments.
Ensure effective vault management and cash key handling as per SOPs.
Process cheques for authorization and disbursement.
Count and sort cash as per SBP directives and maintain accurate records.
Handle Funds Transfer and ATM transactions.
Address customer requests and maintain the highest standards of customer service.
Balance cash vouchers and post all cash-related transactions.
Cross-sell bank products and services.
Ensure availability and disbursement of fresh cash.
Monitor and report unusual cash flow activities.
Ensure ATM replenishment and functionality.
Rectify audit findings and ensure Shariah compliance.
