Now Hiring: Senior Leadership and Management Roles (VP/SVP & AVP/VP)
NBP is looking for seasoned leaders to drive its core banking technology and project management initiatives.
Unit Head – CBA Development (VP / SVP)
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 08 years in software development, preferably in the financial sector. Expertise in Java/J2EE, C++, and Oracle/SQL is required.
Senior SharePoint Specialist (AVP / VP)
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT or Computer Science.
Experience: Minimum 05 years in IT, with at least 03 years in SharePoint Development (Online and on-premises). Proficiency in Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) is essential.
Project Manager – Core Banking (AVP / VP)
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 05 years in managing IT projects. Experience with Core Banking applications and FIS Profile is preferred.
Specialist and Analyst Positions Available (OG-I / AVP)
The bank is also seeking specialists and analysts with expertise in core banking technology, process automation, and IT support.
Senior Technical Analyst – CBA (OG-I / AVP)
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 04 years in IT, with at least 02 years in designing or implementing Core Banking Solutions. Expertise in Oracle, DB2, and SQL is required.
Senior Process Analyst (OG-I / AVP)
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 04 years in IT, with at least 02 years as a Business Analyst or Software Engineer. Experience in process automation and development will be given preference.
IT Support Services Specialist (OG-II / OG-I)
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 03 years in IT infrastructure/operations support, preferably in the banking sector. Good knowledge of IT Service Desk operations and Microsoft Windows/Office 365 is required.
