Unit Head – Collateral Management (OG-I / AVP)

  • Reporting to: Manager SME / Commercial Corporate CAD Manager
  • Qualification: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a recognized local or international university/college/institute.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of banking experience, with at least 3 years in credit administration and/or credit operations.
  • Other Skills/Expertise/ Knowledge Required:
    • Knowledge of credit portfolio
    • Awareness of legal documentation and litigation affairs
    • Team player with good interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in MS Office
  • Outline of Main Duties/Responsibilities:
    • Conduct in-house visits of pledge sites and coordinate outsourcing inspection of pledged stocks
    • Review outsourced stock inspection and valuation reports
    • Maintain/monitor pledge register and issuance of DO (Delivery Order) upon availability in the system
    • Prepare pledge monitoring reports and circulate among CAD Units for further escalation and updating MIS ticklers
    • Collect stock reports from Mucaddam and Business/Branches
    • Assist in allocation of Mucaddam Companies for pledge sites
    • Handle correspondence with vendors/Mucaddam regarding day-to-day affairs
    • Assist in vendor performance evaluation for submission to RE/RM CAD
    • Any other assignments as assigned by supervisors
  • Place of Posting: Abbottabad and Lahore

Documentation Management (OG-I / AVP)

  • Reporting to: Regional Executive CAD Manager SME / Commercial
  • Qualification: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a recognized local or international university/college/institute. Candidates with Masters’ degrees or relevant professional certifications will be preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of banking experience, with at least 3 years in credit administration and/or credit operations.
  • Other Skills/Expertise/ Knowledge Required:
    • Knowledge of credit portfolio
    • Awareness of legal documentation and litigation affairs
    • Team player with good interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in MS Office
  • Outline of Main Duties/Responsibilities:
    • Scrutinize Sanction Advice/FOL with reference to CAAB/Seasonal Policies
    • Select Bank’s Legal Advisor and allocate assignments
    • Prepare standard/non-standard documentation
    • Supervise charge registration and mortgage registration
    • Seek Genuineness Certificate and Perfection Certificate from BLA
    • Prepare documentation checklists and DAC
    • Handle security/finance documents
    • Maintain relevant registers
    • Ensure validity of insurance arrangements/policies
    • Any other assignments as assigned by supervisors
  • Place of Posting: Sheikhupura and Mansehra

CAD Officer – Documentation (OG-II / OG-I)

  • Reporting to: Regional Executive Credit Administration Division
  • Qualification: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a recognized local or international university/college/institute. Candidates with Masters’ degrees or relevant professional certifications will be preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of banking experience, with at least 2 years in credit administration and/or credit operations.
  • Other Skills/Expertise/ Knowledge Required:
    • Knowledge of credit portfolio
    • Awareness of legal documentation and litigation affairs
    • Team player with good interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in MS Office
  • Outline of Main Duties/Responsibilities:
    • Conduct counter verification of DACs issued by Branch Managers
    • Assist in scrutinizing Sanction Advice/FOL
    • Assist in selecting Bank’s Legal Advisor and preparing documentation
    • Assist in charge registration and mortgage registration
    • Seek Genuineness Certificate and Perfection Certificate
    • Prepare documentation checklists and DAC
    • Handle security/finance documents
    • Maintain relevant registers
    • Ensure validity of insurance arrangements/policies
    • Any other assignments as assigned by supervisors
  • Place of Posting: Sheikhupura and Sukkur

CAD Officer – Collateral Management (OG-II / OG-I)

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of banking experience, with at least 2 years in credit administration and/or credit operations.
  • Other Skills/Expertise/ Knowledge Required:
    • Sound knowledge of Credit Documentation/Pledge Operations/Corporate and SME credit portfolio
    • Exposure to collateral and risk monitoring/reporting
    • Good team management, interpersonal, and communication skills
    • Proficient in MS Office
  • Outline of Main Duties/Responsibilities:
    • Assist in scrutinizing Sanction Advice/FOL
    • Assist in selecting Bank’s Legal Advisor and preparing documentation
    • Assist in charge registration and mortgage registration
    • Seek Genuineness Certificate and Perfection Certificate
    • Prepare documentation checklists and DAC
    • Handle security/finance documents
    • Maintain relevant registers
    • Ensure validity of insurance arrangements/policies
    • Any other assignments as assigned by supervisors
  • Place of Posting: Bannu

Assessment Test/Interview(s): Only shortlisted candidates strictly meeting the above-mentioned basic eligibility criteria will be invited for tests and/or panel interviews.

Employment Type: The employment will be on a contractual basis for three years, renewable at the discretion of the Management. Selected candidates will be offered a compensation package and other benefits as per Bank’s Policy/rules.
