Educational Qualification
An MBA in HR or an equivalent HEC-recognized degree.
Professional Experience and Skills
Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a special focus on roles related to Rewards/Awards or Administration.
Key Responsibilities and Skills:
Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of salary structures.
Experience with rewards strategy and salary benchmarking.
Supervising and analyzing the entire payroll process for employees.
Responding to employee inquiries regarding compensation.
Assisting in decisions related to job evaluation and role profiling.
Supporting the review of performance-related rewards and promotions.
Proficiency in HRIS and manual/Excel-based work.
Ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of employee data at every level.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data analytics.
Knowledge of compensation analytical tools.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Terms and Conditions
Contract and Probation: The selected candidate will initially be hired on a 3-year contract, which may be extended. The position includes a 6-month probation period.
Age Relaxation: A general age relaxation of 5 years has already been included in the maximum age limit.
