NADRA Walk-In Test/Interview for Multiple Positions in Multan

The National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA), under the Government of Pakistan, has announced walk-in tests and interviews for residents of specific tehsils in the Multan region. This is an excellent opportunity for eligible candidates to join NADRA and contribute to its mission of providing secure and efficient identity management services.

Positions and Eligibility Criteria

1. Deputy Assistant Director (Office-in-Charge)

• Age Limit: Maximum 30 years.
• Qualification:
  • 16 years of education (HEC verified) in Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • Degrees by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
• Experience: Preferably 2 years of relevant experience.

2. Junior Executive (Data Entry Operator)

• Age Limit: Maximum 25 years.
• Qualification:
  • Intermediate or equivalent.
• Experience: Preferably 1 year of relevant experience.

3. Naib Qasid

• Age Limit: Maximum 40 years.
• Qualification:
  • Middle pass.
• Experience: Preferably 1 year of relevant experience.

Test and Interview Schedule

Deputy Assistant Director

• Test Date: 19th February 2025, 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM.
• Interview Date: 24th February 2025, 8:30 AM onwards.

Junior Executive (Data Entry Operator)

• Test Date: 17th February 2025, 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM.
• Interview Date: 18th February 2025, 8:30 AM onwards.

Naib Qasid

• Test Date: 21st February 2025, 8:30 AM onwards.
• Interview Date: 25th February 2025, 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM.

Important Instructions

1. Residency Requirement: Only residents of the respective tehsils (as per CNIC/Domicile) are eligible to apply.
2. Documents Required: Candidates must bring original documents (personal, educational, and professional) for the test.
3. Female Candidates: Only female candidates will be considered for Female NADRA Registration Centers (NRCs).
4. Shortlisting: Only candidates who qualify for the test will be called for an interview.
5. NOC Requirement: Government/Semi-Government employees must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the interview.
6. HEC Attestation: Degrees/certificates must be attested by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) or respective educational boards.
7. Probation Period: Selected candidates will undergo a 6-month probation period, extendable based on performance.
8. Medical and Character Certificates: Selected candidates must provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
9. No Transfer Requests: Appointments are specific to the mentioned NRCs; no transfer requests will be entertained.
10. Age Relaxation: 5 years of age relaxation is already included in the age limit.
11. Electronic Gadgets: Mobile phones, smartwatches, and other electronic gadgets are not allowed during the test/interview.
12. No TA/DA: No travel or daily allowance will be provided for the test/interview.
13. Sample Test: A sample test is available at NADRA Careers for guidance.

How to Apply?

1. Walk-In Test/Interview:
   • Candidates must appear at the specified venue on the test date with all required documents.
2. Registration Time:
   • Registration will be open from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM on the test date.
