Required Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
Candidates must possess a strong combination of academic qualifications and extensive hands-on experience in managing complex IT environments.
Educational Qualification:
A Bachelor’s degree (4 years) or a Master’s degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized institution in the fields of Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunication, or an equivalent discipline.
Professional Experience:
A minimum of 6 to 10 years of professional experience in the relevant field.
Mandatory experience in System Storage, Data Center Virtualization, Linux, and Backup & Recovery.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in VMware vSphere, vSAN, Linux, or Data Center Virtualization.
Core Competencies and Skills:
Proficiency in planning, designing, and implementing scalable IT infrastructure to meet the organization’s performance requirements.
Ability to create comprehensive and guiding documents for infrastructure design and operational guidelines.
Expertise in implementing robust security measures to protect data and infrastructure from cyber threats.
In-depth knowledge of backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
Extensive technical knowledge of various technologies, including SAN, NAS, Object Storage, LUNS, iSCSI, Replication, RAID, Web Server, DNS, SMTP, OpenShift, vSphere, vSAN, Kubernetes, and BGP.
Terms and Conditions
The selected candidate will be on probation for one year. The initial contract may be extended for up to five years, subject to performance.
The management reserves the right to accept or reject any application at any stage.
