Maximum Age: 37 Years (includes a 5-year age relaxation)
Qualifications and Experience Required
Educational Background
A minimum of 16 years of HEC-verified education is required in one of the following fields:
Business Administration
Finance
Accounting
Human Resources
Professional Experience
A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in payroll management.
Hands-on experience with the payroll module of Oracle, SAP, or other ERP software is highly preferred.Proficiency in managing payroll software is essential.
Key Responsibilities, Skills & Competencies
Core Responsibilities
Oversee the entire payroll processing cycle, including data entry, calculations, and disbursements.
Design, implement, and administer employee benefit programs.
Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all payroll cycles.
Review and verify payroll data, including hours worked, taxes, and deductions.
Conduct regular audits to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
Generate and analyze reports for management and auditing purposes.
Communicate with employees regarding payroll-related matters and process changes.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance efficiency.
Essential Competencies
A thorough understanding of federal government laws, regulations, and policies related to employee benefits.
The ability to understand and navigate complex payroll processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Terms and Conditions of Employment
Successful candidates should be aware of the following terms:
Contract Period: The initial contract will be for a period of 5 years, which is extendable if required.
NOC for Government Employees: Applicants currently serving in Government or Semi-Government departments must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of application submission.
