Job Positions and Requirements:

Educational and Professional Qualifications:
Candidates interested in these positions must meet the following qualifications:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s (4 years) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity
- A Master’s in Cybersecurity is preferred, and degrees must be recognized and attested by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
- Professional Experience:
- For Deputy Director: At least 8 years post-graduation, with a minimum of 3 years in Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) roles.
- For Assistant Director: Minimum 3 years post-graduation, with at least 2 years in GRC roles.
- Certifications (Preferred but Not Required):
- ISO-27001, CISA, CGEIT for Deputy Director position.
- ISO-27001 certification for Assistant Director position.
Core Skills and Competencies:
The selected candidates should possess in-depth knowledge and practical experience in the following areas:
- Security frameworks such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, NIST, and CIS Controls.
- Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and formulating risk mitigation strategies.
- Knowledge of current threats, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors.
- Ability to perform audits as per ISO requirements and generate security audit reports.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and mitigate complex security risks.
- Familiarity with security incident management and response protocols, including the use of SOAR technologies to support Security Operations Centers (SOC).

Terms and Conditions:
- Contract Period: Initial contract for 5 years, extendable based on performance.
- No Objection Certificate (NOC): Government employees must provide an NOC.
