The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), operating under the Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan, is recruiting highly qualified and experienced individuals for its World Bank-funded project: “Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Citizen Centered Service Delivery” (KP-CCSD).

The project requires the services of specialized individual consultants across Monitoring, Evaluation, Information Systems, Finance, and Communication roles. Project Management Unit (EAD-PMU) Vacancies

NADRA is seeking specialists for the following critical roles, all requiring a minimum of 5 years of post-degree experience:

4.Financial Management SpecialistCA, ACMA/ACCA (preferably with article ship), or FCMA/FCCA, with proven experience in project management.5+ years in financial management (min 2 years in public sector). Expertise in budgeting/accounting statements, well-known accounting software, and financial procurement/asset management.

Support & Associate Level Positions

These roles provide essential support to the project management and evaluation functions.
