NADRA Careers 2025 World Bank-Funded Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Citizen Centered Service Delivery Project (KP-CCSD)

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), operating under the Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan, is recruiting highly qualified and experienced individuals for its World Bank-funded project: “Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Citizen Centered Service Delivery” (KP-CCSD).

The project requires the services of specialized individual consultants across Monitoring, Evaluation, Information Systems, Finance, and Communication roles. All applicants must submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) along with all required documents to the Project Management Unit (EAD-PMU) in Islamabad.

Project Management Unit (EAD-PMU) Vacancies

NADRA is seeking specialists for the following critical roles, all requiring a minimum of 5 years of post-degree experience:

2.	Management Information System Specialist	Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent (Masters preferred).	5+ years post-degree experience (min 2 years in public sector). Proven experience in IT system/network development, database troubleshooting, and security protocols.
3.	Media and Communication Specialist	Advance degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or similar discipline.	7-10 years in strategic communication. Experience with international development projects, Public Sector rules, and a strong record in designing tools and instruments for communications.
4.	Financial Management Specialist	CA, ACMA/ACCA (preferably with article ship), or FCMA/FCCA, with proven experience in project management.	5+ years in financial management (min 2 years in public sector). Expertise in budgeting/accounting statements, well-known accounting software, and financial procurement/asset management.

Support & Associate Level Positions

These roles provide essential support to the project management and evaluation functions.

6.	Program Officer	University degree in Social/Management Sciences (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management, Development Planning or equivalent).	3+ years in managing relief projects (min 2 years in public sector). Thorough knowledge of Project Management/Project Lifecycle concepts. Proficient with scheduling software (Ms Project, Primavera etc.).
7.	Accountant	A minimum B. Com equivalent qualification in accounting or financial management.	5+ years post qualification experience, preferably in Project Accounting. Familiarity with government systems and accounting software packages is essential.
