Educational Requirements
Intermediate or Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC-recognized university (as per requirement).
Professional Experience, Skills, and Competencies
Applicants must have at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant field, along with strong expertise in the following areas:
Meeting assigned business targets through effective sales and strategies.
Driving franchise business performance for increased sales.
Maintaining up-to-date records of all franchises with compliance status.
Identifying new areas for business growth and expansion.
Conducting training sessions for potential franchises and ensuring smooth operations.
Overseeing compliance with SOPs, contracts, and company policies.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and clients.
Preparing performance reports, evaluating progress, and suggesting improvements.
