Positions and Qualifications
1. Junior Engineer/SDO
Required Qualification:
BE (Electrical/Electronic) / B.Sc. (Electrical/Electronic) / BS (Electrical/Electronic) with at least 60% marks in 1st Division from an HEC-recognized university.
Must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
Proficiency in MS Office is mandatory.
Age Limit:
Minimum: 21 years
Maximum: 28 years (plus a 5-year general age relaxation as per the Government of Pakistan’s policy).
2. Revenue Officer (RO)
Required Qualification:
MBA / M.Com / M.Sc. Computer Science / M.Sc. / MA (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics) with a minimum of two 1st Divisions in the academic career.
Must be proficient in MS Office.
Age Limit:
Minimum: 21 years
Maximum: 28 years (plus a 5-year general age relaxation).
3. LS-I (Line Superintendent)
Required Qualification:
Matriculation with a Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) in Electrical/Electronics (1st Division).
One year of experience in a supervisory role in transmission/distribution or equivalent qualifications.
Age Limit:
Minimum: 18 years
Maximum: 25 years (plus a 5-year general age relaxation).
4. LS-II (Line Superintendent-II)
Required Qualification:
Matriculation with a Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) in Electrical/Electronics (1st Division).
Age Limit:
Minimum: 18 years
Maximum: 25 years (plus a 5-year general age relaxation).

Hard copies of attested documents submitted via given address to: Assistant Registrar, HR-E, Room Number 103, First Floor, Abbasia Campus, The Islamia University Bahawalpur.
Application Fee:
Rs. 1000 for Officers (Junior Engineer/Revenue Officer).
Rs. 750 for LS-I and LS-II.
Age Relaxation:
Additional age relaxation of 3 years for candidates from Scheduled Castes, Buddhists, FATA, GB, and AJK.
Government employees with 2+ years of service are eligible for 10 years of age relaxation.
Contractual Nature of Employment:
Positions are offered on a contractual basis for one year, extendable based on satisfactory performance. These positions are not pensionable and will not be regularized.
