This recruitment drive covers four main tiers of responsibility: strategic leadership (Project Director), departmental leadership (Directors), operational management (Joint Directors and Managers), and project support (Assistant Directors and Staff).

Strategic and Departmental Leadership (PPS-10 & PPS-11)

• Project Director (PPS-11): As the overall head of the “Digital Nation Pakistan” project, this individual will provide strategic vision, leadership, and oversight for all project activities. The Project Director will be the primary liaison with senior government officials, international partners, and other key stakeholders, ensuring that the project meets its ambitious goals on time and within budget. This role demands exceptional leadership qualities, extensive experience in project management, and a deep understanding of the technology sector.

• Director – (Innovation) (PPS-10): This Director will be responsible for creating and nurturing a vibrant innovation ecosystem. The role involves designing programs to encourage research and development, fostering public-private partnerships, and establishing incubators and accelerators to support tech startups.

• Director – (HRD / Skills) (PPS-10): Tasked with tackling the digital skills gap, this Director will lead national-level initiatives for technology training and education. Responsibilities will include developing modern curricula, launching upskilling and reskilling programs, and ensuring that Pakistan’s workforce is prepared for the jobs of the future.

• Director – (Seed / Funding) (PPS-10): This position is critical for fueling the growth of the startup ecosystem.
