Career Opportunities at Ministry of NHSR&C: Strengthening Common Management Unit for AIDS, TB & Malaria (2025)
Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations & Coordination (NHSR&C) Jobs 2025 The Government of Pakistan has announced several job openings under its Public Sector Development Project (PSDP) titled Strengthening Common Management Unit (CMU) for AIDS, TB & Malaria.These positions are purely on a contractual basis and aim to enhance public health services across the country.
These opportunities are based at the Prime Minister Health Complex, Islamabad, and are suited for experienced and qualified professionals across various fields such as health, administration, logistics, finance, HR, and public communication.
Available Positions
- National Coordinator (CMU) – MBBS or Master’s in Public Health with 12 years of relevant experience; max age limit is 60 years.
- Deputy National Coordinator (HIV/AIDS) – MBBS or Master’s in Public Health with 10 years of experience; age limit 55.
- Deputy National Coordinator (TB) – MBBS or MPH with 10 years of experience.
- Deputy National Coordinator (Malaria) – MBBS or Master’s in Public Health with 10 years’ experience.
- Microbiologist (NRL) – MBBS or MSc in Microbiology with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Director NRL – MBBS or Microbiology with 10 years of work experience.
Molecular Biologist (NRL) –
- MSc in Microbiology/Molecular Biology with 5 years of experience.
- Epidemiologist (HIV/AIDS) – Master’s in Public Health or Statistics with 5 years of experience.
Prevention Coordinator (HIV/AIDS) – MBBS or MPH with 5 years’ relevant experience.
- HIV PPM/DTC Officer – Master’s in Public Health with 3 years of experience in relevant projects.
- BCC Officer (TB/Malaria) – Master’s in Mass Communication, Sociology, or related field with 5 years of experience.
- Monitoring and Evaluation Officer (HIV/AIDS) – MPH with 3 years’ experience in public health monitoring and evaluation.
- HIV PPM Officers – MBBS or MPH with 3 years’ relevant experience.
- Drop-In Center Officers (HIV/AIDS) – Master’s in Social Work or equivalent with 3 years of post-qualification experience.
- Admin Officer (GFATM) – Master’s in Management Sciences with 3 years’ experience.
- HR Officer – Master’s in HR or equivalent with 3 years’ experience.
Logistics Officer (GFATM) – Master’s in Supply Chain or Logistics with 3 years of relevant experience.
- Procurement Officer – Master’s in Supply Chain with 3 years of relevant experience.
- Finance Officer – CA, ACCA, or MBA Finance with 3 years of experience.
- Quality Control Officer (DSTB/LTBI) – MSc in Medical Technology or equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience.
- Senior Lab Technologist (NRL) – MSc in Lab Technology or equivalent with 3 years’ experience.
- Lab Technician (NRL) – BSc in Lab Technology with 3 years’ experience.
- Store Keeper – Graduation with 3 years’ experience in store management.
Outreach Worker – CBD (HIV/AIDS) – Matriculation with 2 years of experience in relevant field.
- Laboratory Attendant (TB) – Matric with at least 2 years of experience in lab support.
- Driver – CBD (HIV/AIDS) – Valid driving license with 3 years of experience.
- Drivers – Valid license and 3 years’ experience required.
- Security Guards – Primary education preferred; experience in security duties preferred.
- Office Boys – Middle pass with 3 years of relevant experience in office support.
- Naib Qasid – Middle pass; preference to those with experience in government offices.
- Sweepers – Middle pass; preference given to experienced candidates.

- All positions are contract-based with no claim to regular appointment.
- Age relaxation is applicable as per federal government rules.

- Degrees must be from HEC-recognized institutions.
