  3. Program Consultant Project Management (PPS-10)
    • Qualification: Ph.D./M.Phil./Master’s degree in Economics/Development Economics or Project Management from an HEC-recognized university.
    • Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in relevant fields.
    • Age Limit: Up to 62 years.
  4. Program Consultant IT (PPS-09)
    • Qualification: Master’s/BS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, IT Management, Cybersecurity, or Data Governance from an HEC-recognized university.
    • Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in relevant fields.
    • Age Limit: Up to 45 years.

Project Overview

The Gwadar Blue Economy Project (Phase-1) focuses on:
