Ministry of Maritime Affairs Opens Applications for Chairman of Karachi Port Trust
The Government of Pakistan’s Ministry of Maritime Affairs is seeking a qualified, energetic, and experienced professional for the prestigious role of Chairman for the Karachi Port Trust (KPT). This is a critical leadership position responsible for implementing the mandate of the KPT as laid down in the KPT Act, 1886.

Essential Work Experience
This experience should be in the fields of administration, management, or project development within a reputable public or private organization. A further requirement is at least five years of experience in a senior management position.
Age Limit and Remuneration
The maximum age for applicants is 62 years as of the closing date for the receipt of applications.The remuneration and other facilities for the position will be equivalent to Management Pay Scale-I. The duration of the contract will be as per the provisions of the KPT Act 1886.
