Ministry of Human Rights – Job Opportunity
The Ministry of Human Rights, Government of Pakistan, is inviting applications for the position of Director General (BS-20) for the Child Protection Institute (CPI), Islamabad. This is a regular appointment, and the details are as follows:

Qualification:
- Master’s degree or higher in Social Work or Sociology with at least a 2nd Division from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience:
- Minimum of 17 years of experience in the field of child rights, human rights, project management, finance, monitoring, evaluation, and research related to international covenants/conventions on human rights in the public or private sector.
Age Limit:
- 37 to 45 years
Terms and Conditions:
- Merit-Based Selection: The appointment will be purely on merit as per Government Policy.
- Application Process: Interested candidates can apply online through the National Job Portal (NJP) within 15 days from the date of advertisement.
- Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a written test/interview.
- Government Employees: Candidates already in Government Service should apply through the proper channel, accompanied by a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective departments/organizations.
- Original Documents: Candidates must produce original documents at the time of the interview.
- Age Relaxation: The maximum age limit will be relaxed in accordance with the Recruitment Rules under the Civil Posts (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 1993, as amended from time to time.
- No TA/DA: No Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance will be provided for appearing in the test/interview.
- Right to Cancel: The Ministry reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage without providing any reasons.
