The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Government of Pakistan, is inviting applications for a range of positions across various departments. This recruitment drive is aimed at filling multiple vacancies from BPS-1 to BPS-15. 1. Cypher Assistant (BPS-15)

• Age Limit: 18-30 years (including 5 years general relaxation)

4. Stenotypist (BPS-14)

• Age Limit: 18-30 years (including 5 years general relaxation)
• Qualifications:
  • Intermediate.
  • Minimum speed of 80/40 w.p.m in shorthand/typing respectively.
  • Must be computer literate.

5. Lower Division Clerk (LDC) (BPS-11)

  • 3 weeks Basic IT Training Course (including MS Office) from NITB before completion of probation period.

6. Technician (BPS-09)

• Age Limit: 18-30 years (including 5 years general relaxation)
• Qualifications:
  • FA/F.Sc
  • 6-months diploma or experience in LCD, printers, computers, laptops, network and their parts repairing.

7. Driver (BPS-04)

• Age Limit: 18-35 years (including 5 years general relaxation)
• Qualifications:
  • Primary pass.
  • Valid driving license holder and well-versed in traffic rules.

Terms and Conditions

1. Only eligible candidates will be called for the written test.
2. Only shortlisted applicants will be called for an interview as per policy/rules.
3. Five years general age relaxation is included in the age limits mentioned. Any other age relaxation will be given as per Government rules.
4. The application form can be filled out directly on the National Job Portal website (njp.gov.pk).
5. Government servants may apply through the proper channel and will need to produce an NOC at the time of the interview.
6. A candidate may apply for more than one post by submitting a separate application for each post.
7. Ministry of Foreign Affairs employees on contract/contingent basis/daily wages will be allowed age relaxation and extra marks in accordance with Government rules.
8. Shortlisted candidates must present original documents along with attested copies of degrees/certificates issued by HEC/recognized boards/universities/institutes at the time of the interview.
9. Any false or forged information in the application form or fake documents will lead to the cancellation of candidature and potential legal action.
10. The Ministry reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process or increase/decrease the number of posts as required without providing any reason.
11. No TA/DA will be provided for the test/interview.
12. Applications must be submitted through the online portal by 2nd July 2024. Incomplete applications or those received after the deadline will not be considered.
