Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the post of Director General / CEO (HDIP), candidates must fulfill the following educational and professional experience requirements:
Qualification:
PhD or Master’s Degree (MS/M.Phil or equivalent, minimum 18 years of education) in one of the following disciplines:
Chemistry
Geosciences (Geophysics, Geology, etc.)
Chemical Engineering
Petroleum & Gas Engineering
Degree must be obtained from an HEC-recognized university or institution.
Experience:
At least 20 years of experience in the public or private sector, specifically in the oil and gas industry.
Proven leadership experience in managing large-scale energy or petroleum sector organizations will be highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
The Director General / CEO will lead HDIP’s operations and strategic direction, ensuring effective implementation of energy research and development projects.
