3-year diploma in Civil Engineering (Grade-C) from a Board of Technical Education-recognized institute OR
B.Tech/AMIE equivalent OR
BE/BSc in Civil Engineering (Grade-C) from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience: 3 years in civil engineering (preferred).
Selection: Departmental entrance test and interview.
Age Relaxation: As per government rules (calculated from the application deadline).
