Job Opportunities at Balochistan Medical Emergency Response Centers (MERC)
The Government of Balochistan is expanding its Medical Emergency Response Centers (MERC) to provide 24/7 emergency healthcare services. The Health Department is inviting qualified and experienced professionals to apply for various contract-based positions. This initiative will enhance emergency medical services across Balochistan, with the ultimate goal of creating well-equipped trauma and emergency centers in the province.
Available Positions
- Medical Officer (BPS-17)
- Vacancies: 39 positions at MER Centers and Trauma Centers in Khuzdar and Zhob.
- Qualification: MBBS or an equivalent medical qualification recognized by PMDC, with at least one year of experience.
- Lab Technologist (BPS-17)
- Vacancies: 2 positions in Trauma Centers at Khuzdar and Zhob.
- Qualification: Graduation in Laboratory Technology (4 years) from a recognized institution, with 3-4 years of relevant experience. Candidates proficient in lab machinery will be given preference.
- Staff Nurse (BPS-16)
- Vacancies: 1 position at Trauma Center in Zhob.
- Qualification: BS in Nursing (4 years) from a PNC-recognized institution, with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
- CT Scan Technician
- Vacancies: 2 positions in Trauma Centers at Khuzdar and Zhob.
- Qualification: Diploma in Radiography or BSc in Imaging Technology, with a CT-Scan/MRI Technician Certificate and at least 4 years of relevant experience.
- Medical Technician (BPS-9)
- Vacancies: 4 positions at Trauma Centers in Khuzdar and Zhob.
- Qualification: Intermediate (pre-medical) with a Medical Technician Certificate and 4 years of experience.
- Operation Theater Assistant (BPS-6)
- Vacancies: 6 positions at Trauma Centers in Khuzdar and Zhob.
- Qualification: Intermediate (pre-medical) with an O-T Technician Certificate and at least 2 years of experience.
