Marvi Rural Development Organization (MRDO), a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting marginalized communities in Sindh, Pakistan, is currently seeking qualified candidates for key positions in its team. With nearly two decades of experience, MRDO has implemented over 70 projects aimed at empowering women, promoting education, enhancing community infrastructure, and fostering social justice across nine districts of Sindh.

Current Job Openings
MRDO is looking for skilled professionals for the following positions:
1. Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer
- Location: Sukkur
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Master’s degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience: Proficiency in using computer and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.), web-based management systems, and data management tools. Experience in monitoring and evaluation, data collection, analysis, and reporting is essential.
- Duration: 6 months
2. Admin and Finance Officer
- Location: Sukkur
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Master’s Degree in Management, MBA, or Finance.
- Experience: Ability to manage all bank and cash payments, maintain records of petty cash, and prepare different types of vouchers (e.g., bank payment, cash payment).
- Duration: 8 months
