MDF Job Summary & Post Details

MDF is hiring for multiple teaching positions based locally in Dadu, Sindh. These positions are contract-based, subject to project duration and satisfactory performance metrics.

Detailed Roles and Responsibilities (TORs)

Selected candidates will be expected to manage the daily academic and operational activities at the center. Key responsibilities include:

  • Curriculum Delivery: Deliver literacy, numeracy, and life skills education using approved, learner-centered methodologies.

  • Classroom Management: Conduct regular classes in accordance with the approved timetable and academic calendar.

  • Lesson Planning & Records: Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, conduct student assessments, and strictly maintain learner attendance and academic records.

  • Student Retention: Ensure student enrollment, consistent attendance, retention, and foster a safe, inclusive learning environment.

  • Operations & Reporting: Manage center operations, maintain learning materials, and submit timely reports to management.

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate closely with parents, local communities, and stakeholders to support smooth program implementation.

  • Compliance: Participate in training sessions and monitoring visits, ensuring compliance with project, safeguarding, and organizational policies.

Important Terms and Conditions

  • Local Preference: Preference will be strictly given to candidates belonging to the local community where the center is established.

  • Shortlisting: Only short-listed candidates will be contacted for a test or interview, which will take place directly in Dadu.

  • No TA/DA: No travel allowance or daily allowance will be admissible for candidates appearing in tests or interviews.
